Zbaj Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the zbaj website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between zbaj and its members.

Zbaj is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. By using our services, you confirm that you are accessing this platform in compliance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. zbaj reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Register

To open an account with zbaj, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, zbaj reserves the right to close them and forfeit any associated balance.

• The name, mobile number, and address provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely the member's responsibility.
• Transferring or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Registering with false information will result in immediate account termination.
• Withdrawal services may be limited until KYC verification is completed.

Zbaj may request additional documents at any time to verify the accuracy of your information. If a member is unable to provide the required documents, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Verification

Zbaj strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from opening an account or participating in any gaming activity. By registering, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age.

Zbaj may request a copy of your national ID or passport for age verification at any time. If a member is unable to provide the required documents, the account will be permanently closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Zbaj supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 and minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally instant and withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• The banking method used for withdrawal must be registered in the member's own name.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000. This limit may differ for VIP members.
• For suspicious transactions, zbaj may place a hold on payments until the investigation is complete.

5 Bonus Terms

Zbaj offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the required wagering conditions must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is capped at 5 times the bonus amount.
• If a bonus expires or its conditions are not met, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Zbaj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or exploiting technical errors — is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on zbaj are conducted fairly and impartially. The RNG (Random Number Generator) used on our platform is certified by an independent third party, ensuring every game result is completely random.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, zbaj reserves the right to void the round in question.

• Any winnings resulting from a software error may be voided by zbaj.
• If your internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be saved on our servers and will be visible once you reconnect.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zbaj platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and legal action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Zbaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false documents are submitted.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• By court order or government directive.
• Member requests account closure.

To close your account, please contact our support team. All eligible balances can be withdrawn before closure.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
